FUNCTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE IN
KENDALE LAKES FL
Revival Integrative Health is a medical practice built around functional and integrative medicine. Our virtual care model allows patients in Kendale Lakes and throughout Florida to receive high-quality, personalized care from providers who take the time to look deeper. We focus on helping you understand what’s truly driving your symptoms, so your path to wellness is based on clarity and results.
We believe health can only be restored by addressing the whole person. Through a holistic approach that blends advanced diagnostics, evidence-based medical care, and nutrition and lifestyle strategies, we uncover the connections between stress, sleep, hormones, and environment that affect long-term wellness. This process allows us to identify and correct the real causes of imbalance.
Our providers work with patients facing fatigue, hormone irregularities, digestive dysfunction, thyroid issues, and metabolic challenges. Every care plan is individualized, backed by comprehensive lab testing, and designed to help you regain energy, balance, and a renewed sense of control over your health.

HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE IN KENDALE LAKES
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Functional medicine focuses on finding the reasons why illness develops rather than treating isolated symptoms. It begins by exploring your full health story including past medical history, nutrition, environment, and daily habits. This model recognizes that each system of the body is connected, and lasting change requires identifying how these systems interact.
At Revival Integrative Health, we use this approach to uncover patterns that contribute to fatigue, inflammation, hormonal shifts, and other imbalances. Our process includes detailed consultations, comprehensive lab testing, and ongoing provider collaboration. By identifying the connections between lifestyle and physiology, we can address health concerns before they progress.
Our functional medicine programs are designed to help you take an active role in your wellness. Through personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, and strategic lifestyle adjustments, we guide you toward stronger function and long-term stability.

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Integrative medicine combines the strengths of conventional medicine with the wisdom of natural healing. It recognizes that the body, mind, and spirit function as one and that true wellness requires attention to all. This approach uses modern diagnostics while also supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.
At Revival Integrative Health, we use integrative medicine to create care that is both comprehensive and personal. Your plan may include clinical testing, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, mindfulness practices, or targeted supplementation. Each recommendation is chosen to support recovery, balance the nervous system, and improve overall well-being.
Our goal is to provide care that restores function while teaching you how to maintain it. We work collaboratively with you, offering education and guidance so that each step of the process feels empowering, restorative, and sustainable.
