FUNCTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE IN
SCOTTSDALE AZ
Revival Integrative Health provides functional and integrative medical care through virtual visits for patients in Scottsdale and across Arizona. Our focus is on helping you understand why symptoms are occurring so you can experience real, long-term improvement in your health.
We look at how hormones, digestion, stress, sleep, nutrition, and environment interact. Using advanced diagnostics and individualized strategies, we identify the sources of issues such as fatigue, hormone imbalance, digestive concerns, thyroid dysfunction, or metabolic challenges. Each plan is personalized and designed to restore balance, resilience, and daily well-being.

HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE IN SCOTTSDALE
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Functional medicine identifies how the body’s systems influence each other and why symptoms develop. It examines stress patterns, hormone communication, nutrient status, inflammation, and environmental exposures to uncover root causes of imbalance.
At Revival Integrative Health, we use comprehensive lab testing and detailed consultations to create a complete picture of your health. We evaluate hormone pathways, gut integrity, metabolic function, nutrient levels, and inflammation.
Care plans combine nutrition support, targeted supplementation, lifestyle modification, and sleep optimization to support long-term progress.

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Integrative medicine blends traditional medical care with evidence-based natural therapies to support whole-person health. This model emphasizes prevention, emotional well-being, and sustainable healing.
Your personalized plan may include clinical diagnostic testing, nutritional guidance, herbal support, movement planning, stress-management tools, and lifestyle coaching. Each recommendation is selected to support recovery, improve energy, and strengthen long-term resilience.
Our goal is to help you understand your body clearly and build habits that support lasting wellness.

Jessica Meyers
PA-C, RH(AHG), AFMCP
Jessica has worked in dermatology, urgent care, and internal medicine, but her passion for root-cause healing led her to functional and integrative medicine. With over 20 years in healthcare, she began her career as an EMT and phlebotomist before earning her master’s degree from USC’s Keck School of Medicine. She later became a Registered Herbalist and a certified Applied Functional Medicine Practitioner.
Today, Jessica blends conventional diagnostics with herbal medicine and functional testing to create personalized, evidence-based care. Her focus includes hormone health, gut repair, metabolic recovery, and first responder wellness. She believes healing happens when we identify the true cause of illness and give the body the right tools to restore balance.

Amanda Queen
PA-C, FELLOWSHIP TRAINED IN INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Amanda has over two decades of experience in internal medicine, primary care, and emergency medicine. Her work revealed how often patients received temporary relief instead of lasting solutions, leading her to pursue integrative and functional medicine. She completed a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona under Dr. Andrew Weil and continues her studies through the School of Applied Functional Medicine.
Her approach blends advanced lab testing, nutritional guidance, and botanical support to uncover and address root causes. Amanda believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when supported properly and partners closely with patients to build practical, sustainable plans for lifelong health.
