HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE IN TUSTIN
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Functional medicine studies how the body’s interconnected systems influence energy, metabolism, hormones, and recovery. It seeks out the underlying patterns that create symptoms rather than treating issues in isolation.
At Revival Integrative Health, we begin with detailed consultations and comprehensive labs that reveal how your systems communicate. We identify patterns in hormone rhythm, digestion, inflammation, and metabolic health.
Your plan may include nutrition adjustments, supplementation, stress-support strategies, and lifestyle changes that help restore balance and strengthen long-term resilience.

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Integrative medicine blends conventional medical evaluation with evidence-backed holistic therapies that support the body and mind. It recognizes that emotional health, nutrition, sleep, and environment all contribute to physical well-being.
We combine diagnostic insight with nutritional guidance, herbal therapy, stress-management tools, and personalized daily routines to encourage whole-body healing.
Our focus is on building sustainable habits and helping you understand your health in a clear, manageable way.
