CONCIERGE ACCESS

Between appointments, you have direct messaging and email access to your provider. Questions don't wait until your next appointment. If something comes up, you have a real answer from a provider who knows your history.

LAB REVIEW, UNLIMITED

Lab testing fees are separate, but your provider reviews an unlimited number of results across all your twice-monthly visits. We offer discounted cash-pay options through Quest Diagnostics, and functional labs including DUTCH, GI Effects, NutrEval, and others are available at provider cost with no markup.

THE INVESTMENT

Membership is $500 per month with a 12-month commitment.

At the individual visit rate, the same level of care and access would run over $10,770 over the course of a year. Members receive that value at a significant discount, built into the monthly rate.

At the end of your first year, you can continue month to month or transition to quarterly follow-up, depending on where you are in your health.
