HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE WAKE FOREST

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

Functional medicine is a patient-centered, science-based approach that seeks to understand why the body has fallen out of balance. It identifies how lifestyle, environment, genetics, and hormones influence overall health. This model moves beyond surface-level treatment and focuses on correcting the underlying causes of dysfunction.

At Revival Integrative Health, we use functional medicine to uncover patterns that shape your health story. Through advanced lab testing and in-depth consultations, we evaluate hormones, digestion, inflammation, and metabolism. These insights allow us to create targeted plans that rebuild function, restore energy, and support long-term wellness.

We integrate nutrition, movement strategies, stress reduction, and personalized supplementation to help patients make meaningful and lasting progress.

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

Integrative medicine brings together the best of modern diagnostics and natural therapies. It recognizes that mental, emotional, and physical health influence each other, and that healing is strongest when all of those areas are supported.

At Revival Integrative Health, integrative therapy may include nutritional planning, herbal support, mindfulness practices, and functional lab analysis. Each recommendation is based on evidence, tailored to your needs, and designed to strengthen your body’s natural ability to heal.

Our care is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on education, prevention, and practical steps that fit real life.
