FUNCTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE IN
WILMINGTON NC
Revival Integrative Health provides functional and integrative medical care for patients in Wilmington and throughout North Carolina. Through virtual visits, we offer deeper, root-cause-focused care that looks beyond symptoms to understand what is truly affecting your health. Our approach is designed to help you regain energy, balance, and long-term stability.
We examine how hormones, digestion, sleep, stress, nutrition, and environment work together. Using advanced diagnostic testing and personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies, we identify patterns of imbalance and create plans that support real, lasting improvement.
Our team helps patients experiencing hormone imbalance, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, thyroid dysfunction, and metabolic concerns. Every care plan is guided by lab insights and tailored to your specific goals.

HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE IN WILMINGTON
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Functional medicine evaluates how the body’s systems influence each other and how stress, sleep, hormones, diet, and environment contribute to chronic symptoms. This approach uncovers the deeper reasons why you do not feel your best.
At Revival Integrative Health, we use functional medicine to gain a complete understanding of your health story. Through comprehensive lab testing and detailed consultations, we assess digestion, inflammation, nutrient status, hormone rhythm, and metabolic function. This allows us to build targeted, individualized plans that restore balance and prevent future issues.
Care may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle planning, and targeted supplementation designed to rebuild stability and support consistent energy.

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Integrative medicine blends the strengths of conventional care with natural therapies that support emotional, physical, and metabolic well-being. It recognizes the influence of lifestyle patterns, environmental exposures, and stress on long-term health.
At Revival Integrative Health, integrative care may include nutritional therapy, herbal support, stress-management tools, mindfulness practices, and functional diagnostic testing. Each component is selected intentionally to strengthen the body’s natural healing capacity.
Our care model emphasizes education, partnership, and sustainable change so patients feel supported throughout their health journey.
