FUNCTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE IN
WINSTON-SALEM NC
Revival Integrative Health offers functional and integrative medical care for patients in Winston-Salem and throughout North Carolina. Through virtual appointments, we help you identify the real reasons behind your symptoms and create a clear, personalized plan for long-term health.
Our approach looks at the full picture: hormones, digestion, sleep, metabolism, stress, and environment. Using advanced diagnostic testing and individualized strategies, we uncover the deeper causes of imbalance and design care that supports lasting energy, better recovery, and improved day-to-day well-being.
We work with patients experiencing fatigue, hormone imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, digestive concerns, and metabolic challenges. Each plan is built around your lab data and aligned with your health goals.

HOW WE PRACTICE MEDICINE IN WINSTON-SALEM
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
Functional medicine explores how the body’s systems interact and how lifestyle, environment, hormones, and nutrition create or resolve chronic symptoms. It goes beyond surface-level treatment and uncovers why dysfunction develops.
At Revival Integrative Health, our functional medicine process includes comprehensive lab testing and in-depth consultation. We study hormone rhythm, inflammation, nutrient status, digestive health, and metabolic markers to understand your body at a deeper level. This gives us the clarity to create precise, effective plans that help you restore balance and build long-term resilience.
Care may include nutrition planning, sleep support, targeted supplementation, and practical lifestyle adjustments that strengthen the body over time.

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Integrative medicine brings together scientific medical care and supportive natural therapies. It prioritizes prevention, healing, and emotional and physical balance to support total wellness.
At Revival Integrative Health, integrative care may include nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, stress-management tools, mindfulness techniques, and diagnostic evaluation. Each element is chosen for its ability to support recovery and strengthen the body’s natural healing capacity.
Our providers work collaboratively with you, helping you build routines that improve energy, focus, and long-term health.
