Service Description

This is a 60-minute comprehensive appointment that includes a deep dive into your health history, current concerns, and full lifestyle assessment. If you have prior labs, you’re welcome to bring them to this visit. We’ll begin forming a personalized strategy and discuss next steps for testing, treatment and support. This appointment is required for all new patients before ordering labs or starting a treatment plan.
